Job Description

Responsibilities & Key Deliverables

Service support Exports:

Competition analysis and drawing LMM s individual country policies Warranty , Service & Parts.

Monitor Distributor Manpower recruitment related to service and parts.

Extending services support to global distributors with respect to Service training , manuals , special tools export and installation , VOR support , parts export .

Coordinating with country distributor partner for competitive part and service prices in applicable countries.

Resolve all customer and distributor related complaints arising from market and assembly units .

Monitoring assembly process ( as applicable )

Ensuring training of country distributor and dealer manpower for technical capabilities

Extending Service/Parts reach to all sales point appointed by Distributors/Business partners .

Resolve internal and external warranty issues with distributor.
