1. Improving business processes, to make it robust and efficient.
2. Planning the Ramp up for smooth operations - Resource, capacity, equipment, infrastructure planning. Coordinate and direct project, making detailed plans to accomplish goals and directing the integration of technical activities.
3.Capacity calculations- measurement and monitoring, Monitor and update the manpower, resources, tools, and tackles, consumables allocation as per the processes.
4. Implementation/evaluation of process analyses and changes in terms of Resource optimisation by means of MTM analysis or Required Normal Time(RNT) analysis or using any other similar competitive tools of measurement or Idea generation increasing efficiency, productivity, and throughput.
5. Develop layouts, material, and information flows to meet the customer requirements and optimize the use of available resources (internal and external).
6. Accurate Forecasting based on logical calculations with full backup for planning (Daily, Weekly, monthly, quarterly, Half yearly)
7. Develop and implement warehouse strategies based on Client's schedule, material & manpower resources availability.
8. Direct the application of the Project Management methodology in the business unit.
9. Analysis of customer requirements as per agreed terms on regular intervals.
10. Compose cost estimate (e.g., personnel, equipment, tools, and tackles required), warehouse planning, if necessary, layout creation, cost, and price determination.
11.Implementation and evaluation of process analysis and process changes. Successfully control outcomes through process analysis.
12.Driving the MRM Meeting and Customer KPI Meeting- Monitoring KPI, action plan and follow-up for control
13. Evaluation of key performance indicators - Success control through target/actual comparisons
14. MHE Moto hours measurement, optimization through proper study- improve MHE utilization through proper study and methodology.
15. Kaizen Management and Poka-yoke Implementation and management as well as IDEA generation.
16. Standardizing the infrastructure / work stations operations to optimize the use of resources and space.
17. Standardize the work station for cost saving and optimimum utlization of the work stations for cost saving
18.Driving Lean workshop and achieve the lean /kaizen/Slix/Digitalization targets
1. Candidates with Degree in Automobile or Mechanical Engineering and 4 to 6 years experience in Manufacturing Engineering role will be preferred.
Diploma with 8+ years exp in Manufacturing Engineering role may also apply.
2. Candidate must have Excellent knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel & Powerpoint).
3.Tech Savvy with good knowledge about the technology related to automation , Implementing best practices in manufacturing methods, and trends and developments in technology and equipment.
4. Candidates from Automobile and Logistics Company experience are preferred.
5. Candidates staying in PCMC or relocating to PCMC area should apply.
6. Candidate must have own transport to commute to office.
