• Act as the administrative head during the shift and ensure operational continuity of hospital services.
• Handle emergency situations (clinical or non-clinical) and ensure timely resolution or escalation to the concerned authority.
• Ensure timely admission, discharge, and transfer of patients and resolve related escalations, if any.
• Monitor the functioning of all departments such as nursing, housekeeping, security, front office, maintenance, and other support services.
• Maintain discipline and ensure that all departments adhere to hospital SOPs and standards.
• Address patient or family grievances on the spot and ensure prompt redressal and documentation.
• Supervise and coordinate with nursing and clinical teams to ensure quality patient care.
• Conduct regular rounds across the hospital (wards, ICUs, OTs, reception, waiting areas, etc.) to monitor hygiene, infrastructure, safety, and staff performance.
• Maintain incident logs and shift handover reports for continuity and accountability.
• Liaise with outsourced services (security, housekeeping, ambulance, etc.) and ensure compliance with service levels.
• Manage critical events, code blue/red/black situations, and ensure proper documentation and reporting.
• Ensure that all departments are adequately staffed and alert during the shift.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
