Manager - Marketing

Job Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic and strategic Marketing Manager to lead our retail and digital marketing efforts at Couch & Decor. The ideal candidate will be responsible for both online and offline marketing initiatives aimed at enhancing brand visibility, increasing footfall, and driving customer engagement. This role involves developing and executing integrated marketing strategies, leveraging customer insights, and optimizing performance through data-driven decisions.

Key Responsibilities:

· Develop and implement integrated offline and online marketing strategies to drive retail growth and customer loyalty.

· Lead hyperlocal campaigns, partnerships, and on-ground activations to boost in-store foot traffic and enhance digital engagement.

· Oversee brand positioning, ATL/BTL campaigns, public relations, and online marketing initiatives.

· Design and implement impactful loyalty and engagement programs based on customer insights.

· Collaborate cross-functionally with retail, sales, product, and leadership teams to ensure alignment with business objectives.

· Monitor key performance indicators, evaluate ROI, and optimize strategies.

· Manage brand budgets, track spend, and prepare monthly performance reports.

Qualifications:

· 6-7 years of experience in strategic marketing, brand development, and offline campaign execution, preferably in the fashion, lifestyle, or retail sector.

· Strong hands-on experience in both store-level and digital marketing.

· Proven track record of driving retail foot traffic and online conversions.

· Excellent leadership, communication, and project management skills.

· Proficiency in CRM tools, data analysis, and performance-driven marketing approaches.

· MBA in Marketing or a related field from a reputed institution.

Pay: ₹70,000.00 - ₹83,500.00 per month
