Strong experience in attrition management, employee Retention and engagement.
Drive core HR programs such as PMP and compensation planning.
Handle employee counseling grievances Generate data and Prepare Report decks for various HR MIS.
Demographics report, Attrition, Communication transfers etc.
Handle the activities on the floor.
Ensure correct participation fair selection, counseling and championing the philosophy.
