Job Description

As a Manager HR Process Management at JLL, you will play a key role in driving transformative change and running high-impact projects for the HR Operations Center of Excellence (COE) for India along with the Implementation Lead. You will be responsible for implementing and overseeing a disciplined project management framework to ensure initiatives are well-managed, timely, and effectively communicated. Your expertise will be crucial in driving successful execution and lasting impact across HR Operations initiatives. Your primary responsibilities will include implementing and maintaining project management discipline, developing project management toolkits and communication frameworks, leading project planning and resource allocation, and ensuring smooth transitions for HR Operations initiatives. You will also engage with stakeholders effectively, provide updates, and align projects with business goals. Additionally, you will collaborate with various HR experts to resolve complex queries and ensure responses are aligned with JLL India HR policies and local laws and regulations. In the realm of HR Services, you will collaborate on complex queries, undertake HR transactions specific to Aurangabad, promote the use of HR Direct Portal, identify areas for continuous improvement, and contribute to local, regional, and global project teams to ensure consistency in HR policies and processes. You will also lead the coordination, creation, and implementation of HR processes, policies, and standard operating procedures, as well as ensure data accuracy in HRIS systems to support reporting and compliance. The ideal candidate for this role will possess strong organizational and time management skills, excellent written and verbal communication abilities, proficiency in project management frameworks and tools, problem-solving and analytical skills, expertise in stakeholder management, and a proactive, results-oriented mindset focused on continuous improvement. A bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience, along with 6-7 years of experience in a corporate HR role and project management or client service role, is preferred.
