Manager - Equity/Debt Fundraising (Investment)

As a key member of Stockwell Solar Services Pvt Ltd (SSSPL) team, your primary responsibilities will include working on equity/debt raise for the Company, managing relationships and compliance with banks, overseeing investments & portfolio management, and contributing to strategic business planning. With over 100 MW of solar assets operational and more than 500 MW of projects under construction, you will play a vital role in the financial growth and success of the company. The ideal candidate for this role should possess at least 5 years of relevant experience, with a preference for those who have worked in the renewable energy industry. A good understanding of key regulatory frameworks governing Financial Instruments is essential to ensure compliance with all investment regulations. Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional units will be crucial in this position.
