Job Description

Role & responsibilities Drafting, reviewing, and negotiating contracts. Contract Administration, Manage all the documentation related to the project including all the stage of the project. Prepare letters to clients adhering to Contract Agreements, Work Order, Service Order. Ensuring contract compliance with legal and company standards. Managing contract changes, claims, and disputes Preparing tender documentation and evaluating bids. Tracking and monitoring the hindrances details on a weekly basis. Ensure regular correspondences are issued to client on Hindrances. Reviewing and issuance of Work orders and agreements of important subcontractors. Preferred candidate profile Contract Law & Legal Knowledge Negotiation Skills Deep knowledge of regulations, norms, and contract standards within industries
