Role Overview:

highly motivated and experienced Senior Counsellor

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage a team of tele-callers conducting cold calls for student admissions.
• Personally conduct advanced counselling sessions and close student enrollments.
• Organize regular training sessions to enhance communication, objection handling, and closing skills among team members.
• Monitor tele-caller performance, deliver feedback, and implement performance improvement plans.
• Develop and maintain call scripts, FAQs, and training materials to support effective outreach.
• Manage student inquiry data using Microsoft Excel and Mail Merge for communication campaigns.
• Follow up with prospective students and ensure seamless admission conversions.
• Generate and maintain daily, weekly, and monthly reports covering lead status, closures, and overall team performance.
• Communicate effectively with prospective students through phone, email, and virtual meetings.
• Be willing to travel, if required, for training and admissions-related assignments.

• Flexible to work across different time zones and travel internationally if required.
  

Qualifications:

• 4–5 years of experience in student counselling, within the education sector.
