Job Description

As an MIS Executive at Curefit, you will track, analyze, and report key business data to support operational efficiency and informed decision-making across teams.

Responsibilities:

Track daily, weekly and monthly performance metrics for Sales Officers (SO) and Area Sales Managers (ASM), focusing on sales, collections, and other target/conversion achievements.
Track health & performance of distributors as well as retailers
Develop dashboards and reports to monitor day-to-day and monthly performance, ensuring alignment with company objectives.
Evaluate and report on product performance, providing actionable insights to optimize offerings and market strategies.
Analyse sales and market data to identify trends, opportunities, and potential risks.
Create MIS dashboard, manage and update data recording systems tailored for the footwear GT market.
Develop templates to forecast sales & inventory requirement focusing on sales performance and market trends.
Co-ordinate closely with internal(cross-functional) teams as well as distributors

Qualifications:

1-2 years of experience as a Business or Data Analyst, preferably in high SKU width retail industries like Apparel/footwear
Strong skills in SQL and Microsoft Excel, including creating dashboards, pivot tables, graphs, and charts.
Knowledge of Power BI or Tableau for visualization and reporting.
Excellent analytical skills for performance tracking, with the ability
