Role & responsib

  • Planning and Scheduling:

    Developing and implementing maintenance strategies, schedules, and procedures to ensure optimal equipment uptime and reliability.
  • Supervision and Management:

    Leading, training, and supervising maintenance staff, including assigning tasks, monitoring performance, and ensuring adherence to safety standards.
  • Budget Management:

    Managing the maintenance budget, controlling costs, and identifying opportunities for cost savings without compromising quality or safety.
  • Preventive Maintenance:

    Implementing and managing preventative maintenance programs to minimize unexpected breakdowns and extend the lifespan of equipment.
  • Troubleshooting and Repairs:

    Overseeing the diagnosis and repair of equipment malfunctions, ensuring timely and effective solutions.
  • Safety Compliance:

    Ensuring that all maintenance activities comply with safety regulations and standards, promoting a safe working environment.
  • Inventory Management:

    Managing spare parts and materials inventory to ensure availability when needed.
  • Vendor Management:

    Overseeing relationships with external vendors for specialized maintenance services.
  • Continuous Improvement:

    Identifying opportunities to improve maintenance processes, reduce downtime, and enhance overall operational efficiency.
  • Documentation and Reporting:
