As a Webflow Developer at our company, you will play a crucial role in creating visually appealing and user-friendly websites using Webflow. Collaborating with our experienced developers and designers, you will have the opportunity to gain hands-on experience in web design and development. Your responsibilities will include developing and maintaining Webflow websites based on client or internal requirements, working closely with UI/UX designers to bring their designs to life, ensuring responsiveness and cross-browser compatibility, troubleshooting, testing, and optimizing websites, implementing SEO best practices and performance improvements, staying updated on the latest Webflow features and web development trends, and effectively communicating with team members and stakeholders to align on project goals. Additionally, you will be using frameworks like Client-First and MAST Framework to develop pixel-perfect designs. To be successful in this role, you should have 1-3 years of experience working with Webflow, a strong knowledge of HTML and CSS for building and customizing layouts, a basic understanding of JavaScript and jQuery for adding interactivity, familiarity with responsive design principles and mobile-first development, attention to detail, a passion for creating polished websites, strong problem-solving skills, experience with CMS integration in Webflow, basic understanding of SEO principles, knowledge of Client First/Lumos/MAST framework, familiarity with tools like Figma/Adobe XD, and experience with animations using CSS and JS libraries like Barba.js, GSAP, etc.,
