The Learning Design Team Lead (TL/TM) is responsible for leading the design and delivery of high-impact learning solutions aligned with organizational goals. This role involves instructional strategy, content development, stakeholder collaboration, and mentoring design teams to ensure high-quality and engaging training experiences.

Roles & Responsibilities:

Define clear and actionable learning objectives based on needs analysis.
Collaborate with subject matter experts (SMEs) and stakeholders to gather content.
Design and develop instructional content such as eLearning modules, manuals, and curricula.
Redesign and update existing training materials to meet evolving learner needs.
Create multimedia learning assets that enhance learner engagement and retention.
Deliver training programs for diverse roles across the organization.
Ensure alignment of learning solutions with business objectives and performance goals.
Manage training schedules, allocate resources, and oversee timelines.
Evaluate training outcomes and recommend improvements.
Lead, guide, and mentor a team of instructional designers and content developers.
Foster collaboration among cross-functional teams including L&D, HR, and SMEs.
Ensure project deliverables meet quality, scope, and time expectations.
