Logistics Coordinator

· Minimum 2-3 year’s experience in Logistics

· Oversee daily shipments, coordinating with carriers, suppliers, and warehouse teams to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery of goods.

· Familiarity with shipping regulations, customs documentation, and Incoterms.

· Good knowledge in Customs clearance, Import/Export, Duty structure, BOE filing.

· Manage and coordinate local movements of material and its documentation.

· Identify opportunities to optimize/reduce shipping costs, and streamline logistics processes.

· Prepare and maintain accurate records of shipments, invoices, customs documents, and any other required paperwork.

· Act promptly to resolve any logistics-related issues, including delays, damages, or discrepancies in shipments.

· Work closely with the sales, procurement, and warehouse teams to maintain an efficient supply chain

· Good written and verbal communication skills to effectively collaborate with all stakeholders like Suppliers, CHA, Customs, team members, and management.

· Ability to work in warehouse environments, if needed, lift Boxes/Cartons as part of logistics operations.

· Willingness to Travel for logistics related issues.

· Proficiency in using Microsoft tools like Excel, Word, Outlook etc.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
