Job Description

We are looking for a skilled Location Manager to lead our team in Equitas Small Finance Bank, with 8-11 years of experience in the BFSI industry.

Roles and Responsibility

Manage and oversee daily branch operations to ensure efficient service delivery.
Develop and implement strategies to boost current account growth and customer acquisition.
Lead and motivate a team of banking professionals to achieve sales targets and provide excellent customer service.
Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, identifying their needs and providing tailored solutions.
Monitor and control expenses to ensure cost-effectiveness and adherence to budget.
Collaborate with other departments to drive business development and expansion.

Job Requirements

Proven experience in liabilities, branch banking, and current account management.
Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire teams.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, enabling strong relationship building with customers and colleagues.
Ability to analyze market trends and develop effective business strategies.
Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills, with attention to detail and accuracy.
