As a key member of the GSK organization, you will be responsible for enhancing our disease understanding and shaping the future of the Asia Development Biostatistics function. By applying advanced statistical methodologies and collaborating with global functional groups, you will play a crucial role in optimizing analytical methods and ensuring robust evidence for informed decision-making. Your responsibilities will include identifying opportunities to enhance disease understanding, leading strategic projects within Asia Development Biostatistics, and presenting statistical principles and results to stakeholders at all levels. Additionally, you will interact with external scientific groups and vendors to contribute to innovation and the adoption of novel statistical methodologies within GSK Asia and the pharmaceutical industry. To be successful in this role, you should have a PhD in Statistics or a related field, along with a minimum of 10 years of experience in drug development and 5 years of experience in a leadership role. Your knowledge of the drug development process and demonstrated ability to influence positive change will be essential. Additionally, experience in applying various statistical methodologies, digital fluency, and strong communication skills will be beneficial for this position.
