Legal Assistant

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Legal Executive to join our legal team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing legal support, conducting legal research, drafting legal documents, and ensuring compliance with applicable laws and regulations. ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES:1. Conduct in-depth legal research on various topics to support decision-making processes.2. Stay updated on changes in laws, regulations, and industry standards relevant to the organization.3. Prepare and review contracts, agreements, and other legal documents.4. Ensure that legal documents align with the organization's policies and objectives.5. Assist in the negotiation, drafting, and review of contracts with clients, vendors, and partners.6. Monitor contract compliance and address any legal issues that may arise during the contract lifecycle.7. Assist in managing and coordinating legal proceedings, including working with external counsel when necessary.8. Provide support in gathering evidence and information for legal cases.9. Recovering bad debts from clients through legal means. Qualifications:1. BA, LLB(Corporate) is a must.2.Proven experience working as a Legal Executive or in a similar legal role in a corporate environment is a must.3. Strong understanding of corporate law, contract law, and regulatory compliance.4. Excellent research, analytical, and problem-solving skills.5. Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.6. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.7. Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
