Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role located in Kochi for a Lead Recruiter. The Lead Recruiter will be responsible for managing the entire recruitment process, from sourcing and screening candidates to conducting interviews and finalizing hires. Other tasks include coordinating with hiring managers to understand staffing needs, developing and updating job descriptions, and managing recruitment metrics and reports. The Lead Recruiter will also be involved in employer branding activities and maintaining the company’s talent pipeline.

Qualifications

Experience in Recruitment, Talent Acquisition, and HR Management
Strong skills in Candidate Sourcing, Screening, and Interviewing
Proficiency in using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and recruitment tools
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple hiring projects simultaneously
Understanding of HR practices and labor laws
Experience in the healthcare sector is a plus
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
