Required Skills & Qualifications:
· Experience:
o 10-12 years of software development experience, with a strong focus on Java and fullstack architecture
·
Technical Skills:
o Backend: Java 8+, Spring Boot, Spring Cloud, JPA, Hibernate, Microservices, RESTful APIs
o Frontend: ReactJS (with Redux) or Angular, HTML5, CSS3, Bootstrap, JavaScript.
o Experience with version control systems (e.g., Git) and agile development methodologies[3][2].
o Databases: Experience with relational (Aurora MySQL, PostgreSQL)
o Cloud & DevOps: Familiarity with AWS/Azure, Docker, Kubernetes, CI/CD tools (Jenkins, Bitbucket)
o Security: Proficiency in authentication and authorization technologies (OAuth2, JWT, Keycloak, Okta)
o API Documentation: Swagger/OpenAPI
o Strong leadership, mentoring, and team management abilities
o Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to interact with technical and non-technical stakeholders
o Analytical thinking and problem-solving aptitude
· Education:
o Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
Desirable:
· Experience with Agile methodologies
· Exposure to event-driven architectures (Kafka)
· Experience working in distributed team environment
Compensation:
$37,000 to $47,000 per year annual salary. Exact compensation may vary based on several factors, including skills, experience, and education.
