As a UI/UX Designer, you will be responsible for designing user interfaces for mobile and web applications. Your primary tasks will include creating wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity visuals. You will conduct user research and usability testing to ensure the best user experience. Collaboration with product and development teams is essential to maintain design systems and style guides. You will need to build and design user interfaces using agreed design systems in tools like Figma or Adobe XD. Gathering and evaluating user requirements in collaboration with project managers and leads will be a crucial part of your role. Utilizing wireframes, storyboards, process flows, and sitemaps, you will illustrate and present design ideas effectively. Developing UI mockups and prototypes to demonstrate site functionality and appearance will be part of your daily tasks. Ensuring consistency in style, fonts, colors, and images is key to maintaining design standards. You will prepare and present design drafts to internal teams and stakeholders for feedback and approval. Your role will also involve identifying and troubleshooting UX problems such as responsiveness issues. Conducting layout adjustments based on user feedback and making necessary changes to correct errors will be essential. You will be expected to present design concepts and ideas to colleagues, executives, and clients effectively. Requirements for this role include a minimum of 3-6 years of experience as a UI/UX designer, a Bachelor's or Master's degree, and proficiency in Figma. Understanding of responsive and mobile-first design principles is also necessary. This is a full-time position with a day shift schedule. The work location is in-person.,
