Lab Technician

As a Lab Technician at Micron Technology, you will be responsible for supporting engineering activities related to the design, test, check-out, modification, fabrication, and assembly of prototype electro-mechanical systems, experimental design circuitry, or specialized test equipment. Your role will involve working on applications such as analog, digital, and/or video circuits and logic systems. You will work from schematics, diagrams, written and verbal descriptions, layouts or defined plans to perform testing, checkout, and trouble-shooting functions. Additionally, you will be conducting operational tests and fault isolation on systems and equipment, as well as assisting in determining methods to remedy malfunctions. In this position, you will also contribute to the design, construction, test, and check-out of test equipment using various manufacturing, test, development, or diagnostic tools such as test programs, oscilloscopes, signal generators, and specialized test apparatus.
