Job Description

The Key Account Manager is responsible for managing and growing the company’s most strategic customer relationships. This role focuses on developing customized solutions, driving revenue growth, and ensuring long-term customer satisfaction. The KAM acts as a liaison between key clients and internal teams to align products and services with client needs.

 

Responsibilities


  • Develop and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key clients
  • Understand client needs, goals, and challenges to deliver tailored solutions
  • Serve as the main point of contact for all commercial and strategic discussions
  • Identify and pursue upsell and cross-sell opportunities
  • Drive revenue growth within existing key accounts
  • Develop account plans, sales forecasts, and renewal strategies
  • Work closely with marketing, product, operations, and customer support teams
  • Coordinate service delivery, product customization, and implementation
  • Ensure timely resolution of client issues and maintain high satisfaction levels
  • Stay informed on industry trends and competitor activities
  • Provide feedback to product and leadership teams based on client insights
  • Monitor market conditions that impact client businesses
