To be successful in this role, the candidate should have a minimum of 12+ years of experience in computer science or engineering, or a Master of Science degree in computer science or engineering with 8+ years of experience in the field. Experience in customer-facing L1/L2 support for B2B SaaS products and the ability to operate during working hours optimized for UK/European customers will be beneficial.
