What You’ll Do

• Track Global Shipments

  : Monitor inbound product movement from suppliers (EU, Australia, Canada) to UK wholesalers. Liaise with couriers and shipping partners.

• Coordinate UK Dispatches

  : Manage daily dispatches between wholesalers and pharmacies—coordinating couriers, checking deliveries, and escalating delays.

• Keep Records Tight

  : Maintain real-time trackers for batch numbers, courier status, and stock levels. No gaps, no missed deliveries.

• Communicate Clearly

  : Speak regularly with UK team members, Indian vendors (when needed), and internal ops—all in clear, confident Gujarati and English.

• Escalate Smartly

  : When something goes wrong (a delay, a mismatch, a stuck shipment), escalate it to the right person fast—with all the details ready.

• Support Planning

  : Track how fast stock is being used and help feed that data back to our demand forecasting team.

What We’re Looking For

• Based in

  Gujarat

  (Ahmedabad, Surat, Vadodara, or nearby)
• Speaks

  fluent Gujarati and English

  —both written and spoken

• 1–3 years’ experience

  in logistics, order fulfilment, or dispatch coordination (ideally in pharma, FMCG, or e-comm)

• Strong with spreadsheets

  (Excel/Google Sheets) – filters, pivot tables, vlookups

• Organised and reliable

  – you never let things fall through the cracks

• Fast learner

  – you don’t need to know everything on day one, but you must be confident figuring it out

• Happy to work UK-aligned hours

  (1–9pm IST or similar) to coordinate live UK operations
