About the Role: As a Project manager, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing IT and Digital marketing projects from initiation to completion. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure timely delivery, resource allocation, and adherence to quality standards. Your role will involve planning, coordinating, and executing projects while maintaining effective communication with stakeholders and clients to drive successful project outcomes. Job Description: · Experience: 2+ years in the service-based industry, managing IT and digital marketing projects with a proven track record. · Project Management: Manage projects from initiation to delivery, ensuring timely completion within scope and budget. · Collaboration: Work with cross-functional teams to identify requirements and develop solutions. Partner with marketing teams to execute digital strategies (SEO, SEM, social media, email marketing, content marketing). · Client Engagement: Act as the primary point of contact for global clients, ensuring project delivery, vendor management, and billing. · Quality Control & Process Management: Develop and manage quality control processes for IT and marketing deliverables, implementing continuous improvement initiatives. Ensure successful deployment of project management standards. · Stakeholder Communication: Maintain effective communication across stakeholders, ensuring smooth project execution and timely closure. · Contract & Proposal Management: Lead contract negotiations, gather requirements, prepare estimations, and create proposals. Requirements: · Bachelor's degree in IT/ Engineering/MBA or other management qualification from reputed institutes. · 2+ years of experience in project management in IT services & Digital Marketing; large and medium-scale IT projects (both services and production) with full ownership and accountability for project outcomes. · Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., Jira, Trello, MS Project). · Hands-on experience in digital marketing (SEO, PPC, social media, analytics). · Strong background in vendor management and coordinating with external partners. · Strong experience in managing international clients is essential. · Hands-on experience in managing cross-functional teams (designers, developers, marketers). · Excellent verbal and written communication skills. · Ability to thrive in a high-pressure environment and meet strict deadlines.
