These included - Hyundai, Kia, Asian Paints, BMW, Mercedes, and Dream11. In a short span of five years, XP&D is already among the top 5 experiential agencies. We have a billing of INR 100+ crores. 

Requirements:

• Minimum 3 years of experience in video content production especially in the events, TV and digital sectors. 
• Lead important content projects with the support of the team. 
• Actively balance the work of multiple projects, assignments, and launches in a fast-paced, ever-evolving work environment. 
• Own day-to-day content development and tasks in support of new content, content maintenance. 
• Collaborate cross-functionally with internal and external teams, proactively and with high attention to communication standards. 
• Work with outside creators, designers and developer teams to plan content and agree upon project approaches. 
• Strong writing skills as you’ll often be writing your own content. 
• Ability to work within a technical space & collaborate with technical experts – Edit, VFX, Creatives – 2D & 3D. 
• Familiar with technical requirements for sharing content on social media platforms LinkedIn, Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, YouTube. 
• Ability to use a camera or other filming equipment to create and edit videos.
