Junior Producer

We are looking for an enthusiastic and detail-oriented Junior Producer to join our production team. This is an exciting opportunity for someone passionate about content creation and production, looking to grow their skills and contribute to a wide range of projects from ideation to execution.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist senior producers in managing end-to-end production processes across video, photo, digital, and social content.
• Coordinate pre-production activities including scheduling, casting, location scouting, and vendor negotiations.
• Support on-set production, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations and effective communication among all stakeholders.
• Manage production timelines, budgets, and deliverables to ensure projects are completed on time and within scope.
• Liaise with internal creative, strategy, and post-production teams to maintain alignment on project goals and timelines.
• Oversee logistical elements such as permits, equipment rentals, and crew coordination.
• Maintain production documentation, call sheets, and reports as needed.
• Handle administrative tasks to support the production team.

Requirements

• 1–2 years of experience in a production, agency, or media environment (internships and freelance work count).
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills with keen attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
• Knowledge of production processes and basic budgeting principles.
• Familiarity with production tools and software (e.g., Google Suite, production management software, basic editing tools) is a plus.
• Passion for storytelling, creativity, and problem-solving.
