Junior Marketing Manager

About the Role:

We are looking for a Junior Marketing Manager to join our team during an exciting phase of the company's rebranding. In this role, you will support the transition by assisting in the development of a new website, logo, and various marketing materials. Additionally, you will be responsible for managing the company’s digital communication through newsletters and social media channels.

You will work closely with the Operations Manager to develop and execute marketing strategies that align with the company’s goals. Your role will also involve analyzing marketing metrics to ensure campaigns are effective and contribute to the company’s growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Branding Support: Assist in the company’s rebranding process, including the development of a new website, logo, and marketing materials (brochures, offers, business cards).
• Digital Communication Management: Oversee the creation and distribution of newsletters, and manage the company’s social media platforms.
• Strategy Development & Execution: Collaborate with the Operations Manager to create and implement marketing strategies.
• Exhibition Stand Management: Manage the design and execution of the company’s exhibition stand.
• Marketing Metrics Analysis: Track, analyze, and report on marketing data to evaluate the success of campaigns.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
• Proven experience (0-2 years) in marketing, preferably in a B2B environment.
• Strong understanding of social media platforms and content management tools.
• Experience with email marketing and creating newsletters.
• Knowledge of graphic design and branding processes.
• Ability to analyze marketing data and generate actionable insights.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Preferred Skills:

• Familiarity with design software like Adobe Creative Suite.
• Experience with tools such as Google Analytics, Hootsuite, or similar.
• Event marketing and exhibition stand design experience.

Job Types: Part-time, Permanent, Fresher, Contractual / Temporary
Contract length: 12 months

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month

Expected hours: 30 – 40 per week
