Role Summary:

Junior Interior Designer

Key Responsibilities:

• Work with clients to understand project requirements and propose design solutions
• Create space plans, material boards, and detailed design documentation
• Develop 3D models and photorealistic renders to communicate design concepts
• Assist in sourcing materials, finishes, and modular furniture solutions
• Stay up-to-date with modern design trends and modular systems
• Coordinate with vendors, contractors, and consultants when needed
• Ensure project timelines and quality standards are met

MUST HAVES- Qualifications and Skills:

• Bachelor’s degree in Interior Design

  from a recognized university

• Minimum 6 months of hands-on training or internship

  in interior design

• Minimum GPA of 7.5

  in the bachelor’s program

• Excellent communication skills

  – both verbal and written

• Strong understanding of modular and modern interior design concepts

• Proficiency in

  3D modeling and rendering software

  such as SketchUp, 3ds Max, V-Ray, Lumion, or equivalent
• Able to work in AEST time zone
• Strong attention to detail and time management skills
• Must be a Team player
• Ability to learn new tools

Preferred

• Working knowledge of AutoCAD, Revit, or other BIM tools
• Familiarity with FF&E specifications and sourcing
• On-site experience or project coordination background
