Job Summary:

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Junior Civil Engineer with at least 1 year of hands-on experience in civil engineering projects. The ideal candidate will assist in planning, designing, and overseeing construction and maintenance of infrastructure projects, ensuring work is completed on time and within budget while meeting safety and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in the preparation of technical drawings, cost estimates, and project schedules.
• Supervise on-site construction activities to ensure adherence to specifications and timelines.
• Conduct site inspections, surveys, and monitor work progress.
• Coordinate with contractors, consultants, and project teams.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and industry standards.
• Maintain project documentation and prepare regular reports.
• Assist in resolving technical issues and providing solutions during project execution.

Required Skills:

• Basic knowledge of civil engineering principles, materials, and construction practices.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Office, and relevant civil engineering software.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to read technical drawings and interpret specifications.
• Familiarity with site supervision and quality control processes.
• Problem-solving attitude with a keen attention to detail.

Eligibility Criteria:

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering (B.E / B.Tech).
• Minimum 1 year of relevant work experience in civil construction or related projects.
• Registered with or eligible for registration with the relevant engineering council (if applicable).
