Key Responsibilities:

• Help in coordinating meetings with internal and external stakeholders.
  

• Assist with dynamic workshops and interviews to gather precise technical and functional requirements.
• Support in applying user-centric design methodologies, such as empathy maps, persona creation, and user journey mapping, to deeply understand user interactions and needs.
• Assist in producing detailed user stories and process flows to communicate requirements effectively to technical teams and stakeholders.
• Assist in the development of interactive prototypes and high-fidelity mockups for iterative feedback and solution refinement.
• Assist in formulating test cases from design documents to cover all functionalities and conduct usability tests to confirm solution efficacy and user satisfaction.
• Assist in formulating stakeholder reviews of test cases to secure early approval, setting a strong foundation for UAT scripts.
  

• Assist in the configuration and customization of the Microsoft platform based on the requirements to provide an optimal user experience.
  

• Assist in validating functionalities against business requirements through test scenario execution.
• Coordinating and supporting in unit, integration, and end-to-end testing to ensure functionality, reliability, and adherence to business requirements.
  

• Responsible for functional configuration deployment and data migration.
• Assist in creating documentation on requirement gathering, business process (creating process diagram, flowcharts, process narratives etc,) using tools.
  

• Operational Excellence:
• Maintenance of Microsoft Certifications.
• Required to travel for key project milestones.
• Maintain utilization goals.
  

What you will bring:

• Currently pursuing or have completed a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science.
• Basic understanding of the Microsoft platform, such as its architecture, data model, features, and capabilities.
• Desire to learn business and technology.
• Strong analytical skills in analyzing complex problems, processes, and systems to propose solutions.
• Strong communication skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams, and interpersonal skills with a user-centric approach to problem solving.
• A proactive mindset with a keen interest in gaining real-world experience on enterprise-grade Microsoft solutions.
• Ability to multitask, work independently as well as collaborate with a team in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
