Job Summary We are seeking a highly competent and proactive Electrical Engineer to lead the electrical execution for warehouse and industrial construction projects . This role involves handling the full lifecycle of electrical worksfrom planning and coordination to testing and commissioning—ensuring successful delivery in line with safety, quality, and compliance standards. Key Responsibilities Oversee on-site electrical execution , including installation, testing, and commissioning of systems Coordinate with contractors and internal teams to implement electrical works as per drawings, specifications , and applicable codes Review and approve shop drawings, method statements , and material submittals Ensure compliance with standards such as TANGEDCO, CEIG, IEC, NEC, and BIS Track daily site progress, monitor resources, and resolve technical issues effectively Liaise with statutory bodies for inspections, permits, and approvals Maintain safety protocols and quality control throughout the execution phase Prepare daily/weekly progress reports , documentation, and handover records Key Requirements Mandatory experience in managing electrical execution for warehouse construction projects Strong understanding of electrical systems , power distribution, and on-site integration Familiarity with local bylaws, international codes , and Tamil Nadu regulations Proficient in interpreting engineering drawings and using project tracking tools Excellent coordination, communication, and leadership skills Qualifications Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Electrical & Electronics Engineering Minimum 5 years of experience in warehouse/industrial construction — experience in the warehouse sector is mandatory
