Job Description

BDM/SBDM is responsible for sourcing of business from the open market and other channels plus should endeavor to retain the existing customer base to achieve target of Disbursement & Book growth including the target of Life Insurance coverage.
Develop and sustain the channel partners.
To carry out business of the Company as per the norms, systems, policies and procedures of the Company and ensure it adherence especially pre & post disbursement activities assigned to the role, e.g loan documentation, visit to property and Customer residence etc.
Ensure NACH activation and do proper early delinquency management.
To extend highest quality of customer servicing including resolving customer complaints within the TAT.
Resolve/ comply audit queries.
Extend effective support and ensure supervision to the team members by BDM/SBDM having team.
Endeavor to strengthen brand Bandhan in the local market by extending quality customer service, building rapport with the Channel partners and potential sources of lead generation etc.
