Job Description

2 to 4 years of experience as an Atlassian Admin (JIRA Cloud, Jira service Management and Confluence).
Strong knowledge of system administration, configuration, and customization of Atlassian tools.
Experienced in JIRA Customization with Workflow Schemes, workflows, Permissions, User/Group access controls, Notifications, Screens, Fields, issue types, Various Other Scheme Settings, post functions/validators with workflow transitions, custom Configurations with add-ons/plug-ins.
Excellent understanding of SDLC Methodologies like Agile.
Experience in using Custom charts, analyzing data, and creating reports.
Experienced in creating JIRA Agile projects like Creating Scrum/ Kanban Boards, and configuring columns, Filters, and Reports for Sprints.
Contributed to daily build processes, including monitoring builds, break/fix management, issue tracking (JIRA), and identifying and resolving a wide variety of build-related issues for various products and versions.
Should have Experience in integrating with Jira cloud to other 3rd party applications.
Created spaces, pages, permissions, groups, and Users in Confluence.
Should have Experience in Creating Jira Service Desk projects, Custom fields, Issue Types, and screens for Customer Portals Configure the Customer Portal, request types, queues, SLA metrics, and automation.
Need to work on 24/5 rotational shifts.
