Java Full Stack with React || Contract || 9-15 Years Experience

As a Java Full Stack with React Lead, you will be responsible for defining and driving the overall architecture and technical strategy across full-stack applications. Your role involves architecting scalable and secure microservices-based systems using Spring Boot and Java, as well as designing and guiding the development of responsive, user-friendly UIs using React.js and related technologies. You will provide technical leadership across backend and frontend development teams, collaborate with stakeholders to align technical solutions with business goals, and establish coding standards, architectural patterns, and best practices across the engineering organization. To qualify for this position, you should have a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related discipline, along with 9+ years of hands-on software development experience and at least 3 years of experience in a software architect role. You should possess strong expertise in Java, Spring Boot, and RESTful microservices, as well as solid front-end development skills using React. Experience in designing and deploying applications in a cloud environment, specifically Azure, is required, along with familiarity with containerization (Docker) and orchestration (Kubernetes). Additionally, you should have a deep understanding of software architecture principles, including domain-driven design, event-driven architecture, and API gateway patterns. Your proven ability to design systems with high availability, resilience, and scalability, combined with excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, will be essential for this role. Experience with CI/CD pipelines, DevOps, and infrastructure as code (Terraform, CloudFormation), exposure to GraphQL, gRPC, or messaging systems like Kafka/RabbitMQ, and a strong understanding of data security, GDPR, and compliance standards are also required.
