Java Full Stack Developer

Notice Period : Immediate to 15 Days

Responsibilities:

• Design & Development

  : Design and develop high-quality, scalable, and maintainable Java-based applications and services.

• Architecture & Best Practices

  : Contribute to system architecture, providing solutions and ensuring adherence to best practices for security, performance, and scalability.

• Code Quality

  : Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code with an emphasis on performance optimization and problem-solving.

• Collaboration

  : Work closely with cross-functional teams, including front-end developers, QA engineers, and product managers, to deliver high-quality software.

• Testing

  : Write unit tests and participate in test-driven development (TDD) to ensure the robustness of applications.

• Mentorship

  : Provide mentorship and guidance to junior developers to promote growth and foster knowledge-sharing within the team.

• Continuous Improvement

  : Stay up-to-date with emerging technologies, frameworks, and best practices to continuously improve the development process.

• Documentation

  : Maintain clear and thorough documentation for code, processes, and systems.

Requirements:

• Experience

  : At least 5 years of professional experience in Java software development.

• Technical Skills

  :
• Strong proficiency in Java (8+).
  
• Experience with Java frameworks like

  Spring Boot

  ,

  Hibernate

  ,

  Spring MVC

  .
• Familiarity with

  microservices architecture

  and RESTful API development.
• Knowledge of

  databases

  (SQL & NoSQL) like MySQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB, etc.
• Experience with version control systems (e.g., Git, SVN).
  
• Familiarity with

  CI/CD

  tools like Jenkins, GitLab CI, or similar.

• Problem-Solving Skills

  : Strong analytical skills and the ability to troubleshoot complex problems.

• Collaboration & Communication

  : Excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.

• Agile Methodology

  : Experience working in an Agile environment, following Scrum or Kanban.
