Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled and proactive IT Supervisor to oversee daily IT operations and ensure the smooth running of our computer systems, network infrastructure, and support services. The ideal candidate should have strong technical expertise, excellent leadership skills, and the ability to troubleshoot and manage a wide range of IT tasks in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise IT support staff and coordinate helpdesk activities.
• Monitor and maintain computer systems, networks, and servers.
• Install and configure software, hardware, and network equipment.
• Troubleshoot system and network problems, diagnosing and solving hardware or software faults.
• Ensure the security of the IT systems including antivirus, firewalls, and data protection protocols.
• Maintain documentation of systems, configurations, and support logs.
• Manage user access controls, permissions, and system updates.
• Coordinate with vendors for IT purchases, services, and support.
• Plan and implement network upgrades, migrations, and backups.
• Provide IT training and guidance to staff when necessary.
• Ensure compliance with IT policies, best practices, and data protection regulations.

Requirements:

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Experience: 3–5 years of experience in IT support or system administration, with at least 1 year in a supervisory role.
• Strong knowledge of Windows/Linux environments, networking, security protocols, and cloud services.
• Familiarity with ITIL practices and service desk software is a plus.
• Excellent problem-solving, leadership, and communication skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
