Do you have a knack for understanding client needs and offering solutions that drive business growth? Team Variance is looking for a dynamic B2B Sales Consultant to join our mission of transforming businesses through digital innovation.

🔹 Role Highlights:

• Sell services like web development, app development, digital marketing, and advertising

• Handle lead generation, prospecting, cold calling & client consultation

• Build strong client relationships and close impactful deals

• Use platforms like Upwork to discover and pitch to potential clients

• Collaborate with internal teams to craft solutions and proposals

🔹 Who can apply:

• Strong communication & negotiation skills

• Experience in IT sales, digital marketing sales, or advertising (preferred)

• Self-starter with knowledge of tools like Upwork

• Comfortable in a dynamic, fast-paced environment

• Freshers with excellent communication skills are also welcome
