IT-Project Coordinator

RW Infotech is seeking a dynamic and organized Project Coordinator (2 years of experience) to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring smooth coordination between cross-functional teams, clients, and stakeholders to deliver high-quality IT service-based projects on time.
As a Project Coordinator, you will work closely with Project Managers and Team Leads to maintain project timelines, manage communication, and ensure deliverables are met as per client expectations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in planning, execution, and delivery of multiple IT projects.
• Coordinate between clients, developers, designers, and QA teams.
• Track project milestones, tasks, and dependencies using tools like ClickUp / Trello / JIRA.
• Prepare project documentation, meeting notes, and status reports.
• Follow up on timelines, resource allocation, and risk factors.
• Schedule internal/external meetings and ensure timely communication.
• Support Project Managers in change requests, scope control, and client escalations.
• Ensure deliverables meet quality standards and client satisfaction.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Business, or a related field.
• 1.5–3 years of experience in project coordination, preferably in an IT company.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong organizational and time management abilities.
• Familiarity with project management tools (e.g., Trello, JIRA, Asana, MS Project).
• Ability to handle multiple projects and deadlines.
• Team player with a proactive attitude.

Good to Have:

• Basic understanding of software development life cycle (SDLC).
• Experience in client communication and documentation (MoM, BRD, etc.).
• Knowledge of agile or scrum methodologies.

Pay: Up to ₹663,685.54 per year
