IT Operations Executive

We are looking for an IT Operations Executive who can provide reliable support to our office IT team. The ideal candidate will assist in managing day-to-day IT operations, ensuring smooth functioning of systems, hardware, software and networks.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide support for hardware, software and networking issues.
• Assist with installation, configuration and maintenance of IT equipment.
• Troubleshoot system and network problems, diagnosing and solving hardware/software faults.
• Maintain IT inventory and documentation.
• Assist in system upgrades, backups and routine maintenance.
• Support users with desktop, laptop, printer and network-related queries.
• Follow IT security protocols and maintain compliance.
• Escalate unresolved issues to senior IT staff as needed.

Qualifications:

• Any Degree or Diploma.
• Certification in Computer Hardware & Networking (Mandatory).
• Certification or Course Completion in Linux [RHCE] (Mandatory).
• Strong understanding of IT systems, hardware troubleshooting, and networking basics.

Skills Required:

• Basic to Intermediate knowledge of Linux systems.
• Hands-on experience with computer hardware, networking, and troubleshooting.
• Good communication and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to prioritize and handle multiple tasks efficiently.
• Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies.
