IT Operations Executive

You will be responsible for providing reliable support to the office IT team as an IT Operations Executive. Your main duties will involve managing day-to-day IT operations to ensure the smooth functioning of systems, hardware, software, and networks. Your key responsibilities will include providing support for hardware, software, and networking issues, assisting with the installation, configuration, and maintenance of IT equipment, troubleshooting system and network problems, and maintaining IT inventory and documentation. You will also be involved in system upgrades, backups, routine maintenance, and supporting users with desktop, laptop, printer, and network-related queries while following IT security protocols and maintaining compliance. In case of unresolved issues, you will escalate them to senior IT staff as needed. To qualify for this position, you should hold a Degree or Diploma and possess certifications in Computer Hardware & Networking as well as Linux [RHCE]. Additionally, you should have a strong understanding of IT systems, hardware troubleshooting, and networking basics. The skills required for this role include basic to intermediate knowledge of Linux systems, hands-on experience with computer hardware, networking, and troubleshooting, good communication and problem-solving skills, the ability to prioritize and handle multiple tasks efficiently, and a willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies.
