Requirements: - Pursuing or recently completed B.E./B.Tech or M.Tech in Electronics, Electrical, Instrumentation, Computer Science, or related field. - Good understanding of Embedded Systems, Microcontrollers (e.g., ARM, AVR, PIC), and C/C++ programming. - Familiarity with IoT platforms, basic RTOS concepts, or communication protocols (UART, SPI, I2C) is a plus.,

Your primary responsibility will be to lead the Research and Development efforts in designing, developing, and scaling all hardware and embedded systems essential for Enlog's electricity management solutions. This includes overseeing the creation of innovative products ranging from household-level edge devices to grid infrastructure for electricity distribution companies. Key Responsibilities: - Lead the complete cycle of hardware and firmware development - Design embedded energy monitoring devices for various purposes such as unit tracking, phase balancing, grid laxity, and predictive safety - Manage circuit design, sensor selection, PCB development, and firmware delivery - Evaluate and incorporate various components like CTs, power ICs, digital sensors, BLE mesh, sub-GHz, and high-speed ADCs - Drive the hardware development process from prototyping to mass production, ensuring rigorous validation - Establish a team focused on data communication subsystems exploring technologies like Wi-SUN, 6LoWPAN, and BLE mesh You will also be responsible for building and leading a high-impact R&D team, including hiring and managing Analog/Digital Hardware Engineers, Firmware Developers, and Embedded ML Engineers. Your role involves aligning the team for independent execution, promoting structured innovation, and fostering collaboration between design and production teams. In addition, you will spearhead strategic R&D initiatives for Grid-to-Edge Solutions, managing end-device strategies for consumption, distribution, and transmission aspects. This includes designing modular hardware platforms that can adapt to various use cases and collaborating closely with the CTO and Cloud Engineering team on backend firmware integrations, OTA, secure provisioning, and architecture compatibility. Moreover, you will ensure the reliability, compliance, and scalability of the hardware products, defining and enforcing test plans, ensuring regulatory compliance, and optimizing for manufacturability and testability. Your role also involves staying updated on emerging technologies in sensing, communication, and ML, while leading the launch of impactful Proof of Concepts with key partners.
