Job Description

Stock & Inventory Supervisor · Should be experience to be able to maintain stocks, analyze quality or quantity issues. · Generate & maintain daily records & reports for all types of material inward and outward. · Timely monitoring of stock movement, resolve discrepancies, supervise loading unloading workers. · Manage issuance of stocks to production team or other departments ensuring accurate quantity and timely book keeping. · Should have good communication skills to coordinate especially with the sales & marketing team to give accurate information of the products to help them enhance & increase the monthly Sales. Packing Material Supervisor · Manage & Supervise stock & inventory of all types of packing material received against each order. · Checking quality of packing material, coordinating with the team for approvals, samples, ensuring correct size of the boxes, their placement in the master carton, optimize packing and material usage. · Plan & Monitor Loading & Unloading of all types of packing material in the warehouse. This packing material should be easily available for the floor supervisor to timely pack & dispatch along with the main material. · Should have good communication skills to communicate with the team for timely updates on the packing material received their quality, quantity & identifying issues. · Coordinate with the relevant team members or vendors for timely delivery of the packing material.
