Position Overview

Accounts and Inventory Manager

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end inventory operations including stock tracking, inward/outward entries, and physical verification
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date inventory records in ERP and accounting systems
• Prepare and analyze financial reports related to inventory, procurement, and warehouse expenses
• Reconcile warehouse stock with system records regularly; investigate and resolve discrepancies
• Coordinate with procurement and production teams to ensure timely availability of materials
• Oversee warehouse accounting, including expense tracking and vendor invoicing
• Conduct periodic audits to ensure compliance with company policies and standards
• Monitor and optimize inventory levels to reduce carrying costs and avoid stockouts
• Ensure all warehouse accounting practices meet internal control and audit standards

Qualifications & Skills

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field
• Proven experience in inventory and accounts management, preferably in a warehouse or manufacturing setting
• Strong knowledge of inventory control procedures and warehouse operations
• Proficient in ERP systems and accounting software
• Excellent analytical, reconciliation, and reporting skills
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Ability to communicate clearly and work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
• Well-organized and capable of handling multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
