Role Overview:

Are you someone who enjoys solving problems and connecting with people across the globe? We're looking for talented individuals to join our International Customer Support team in Hyderabad. In this role, youll play a key part in enhancing customer satisfaction by providing seamless voice and chat assistance.

Who Can Apply?

Education: Open to candidates from all disciplines UG/Graduate

Experience:

• Freshers with strong communication skills encouraged

• Experienced professionals (1+ year) in international BPO or customer service will have an advantage

What Youll Be Doing:

• Engage with global customers to resolve product or service-related queries

• Ensure customer expectations are met through efficient and empathetic communication

• Use internal systems and knowledge base to provide accurate support

• Coordinate with internal departments when necessary to resolve complex issues

• Document interactions and feedback for service improvement

What You Bring to the Table:

• Fluent in English communication both spoken and written

• Patience, active listening, and a problem-solving mindset

• Basic computer literacy and ability to navigate customer support tools

• Willingness to work in a 24x7 rotational shift environment

• Positive attitude and ability to thrive in a team

Compensation & Perks:

• CTC: Up to 5.5 LPA (based on role fit and experience)

• Transport: Cab facility within serviceable radius

• Work Schedule: 5 working days/week with rotational offs

Work Mode: Work from Office (Hyderabad)
