Join Pitney Bowes as an Intern Location - Pune Job Description We are looking for enthusiastic and initiative-taking interns to join our Enterprise Applications team. As an intern, you will have the opportunity to collaborate with seasoned professionals and gain firsthand experience working with SAP systems. You will contribute to various functional modules, including SAP Sales and Distribution (SD), SAP Finance (FI), SAP Materials Management (MM) , and more. This internship is designed for recent graduates or students with a strong interest in SAP and Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems. You will gain exposure to real-world business processes, system configuration, troubleshooting, and optimization initiatives. The Job:
As an SAP Functional Intern, your responsibilities will include: Supporting SAP Implementation Projects: Assist in the analysis, design, and configuration of SAP functional modules.
Documentation & Reporting: Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation related to project progress, system configurations, and testing outcomes.
End-User Support: Help users understand and use SAP systems effectively; troubleshoot system-related issues and suggest process improvements.
Testing: Assist in SAP module testing, including integration, unit, and user acceptance testing (UAT).
Collaboration with Cross-functional Teams: Work with technical teams, business users, and consultants to resolve issues and enhance business processes.
Learning & Development: Participate in training sessions and workshops to strengthen your understanding of SAP systems and ERP best practices.

Education: B. Tech/B.E. or MCA (recent graduate or final-year student).
Interest in ERP Systems: Strong interest in SAP and enterprise business systems.
Business Process Awareness: Familiarity with business processes such as Sales and Distribution, Finance, Logistics, or Supply Chain is a plus.
Strong Communication Skills: Ability to clearly communicate technical concepts to non-technical users.
Analytical Thinking: Strong problem-solving and logical reasoning skills.
Team Collaboration: Ability to work effectively in a collaborative environment.
Eagerness to Learn: An initiative-taking mindset with a willingness to take the initiative and continuously learn.
