Interior project manager

Job Title: Interior Project Manager Number of Positions: 2 Location: Chinar Park, Kolkata CTC Range: ₹3 LPA – ₹6 LPA (as per experience and skills) About the Role: We are seeking experienced and motivated Interior Project Managers to join our growing team. The ideal candidates will be responsible for managing end-to-end residential interior and furniture projects—from design conceptualization and production coordination to installation and final handover. You will play a key role in ensuring seamless execution and client satisfaction. Key Responsibilities: Project Planning & Execution: Manage residential interior projects from start to finish, ensuring timely delivery and quality standards. Design Coordination: Work closely with the design team to understand project specifications and develop production-ready furniture designs. Quotation & BOQ Preparation: Generate detailed quotations and Bill of Quantities (BOQ) for each project. Vendor & Factory Coordination: Liaise with factory teams and vendors to oversee production timelines and resolve on-ground issues. Client Interaction: Act as the single point of contact for clients, ensuring smooth communication and exceptional service throughout the project lifecycle. Installation Oversight: Supervise the installation process, ensuring that the work is done to satisfaction and handed over as per commitments. Documentation & Reporting: Maintain detailed project documentation, schedules, cost control sheets, and progress reports. Qualifications & Skills: Educational Qualification: No specific qualification required. Preference will be given to candidates with design or engineering backgrounds. Experience: 5–7 years in residential interior/furniture project management. Essential Skills: Strong project and time management abilities. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills for client handling. Problem-solving attitude and team collaboration. Basic knowledge of interior design elements and furniture production.
