Interior Designer

We are looking for a skilled and creative Office Interior Designer to plan and design innovative, functional, and visually compelling workplace environments. This role focuses exclusively on the interior design of corporate offices, co-working spaces, and administrative environments.

Key Responsibilities:

• Workplace Design: Develop and execute interior design concepts for office spaces, including open-plan layouts, meeting rooms, reception areas, and break zones.
• Space Planning: Optimize floor plans to support workflow, collaboration, and efficient use of space, with consideration for ergonomics and office dynamics.
• Client Engagement: Meet with corporate clients to understand their brand, culture, team dynamics, and functional needs; present design concepts and material boards.
• Project Oversight: Manage all phases of the design process, from concept to installation, including budgeting, scheduling, and coordination with project stakeholders.
• Furniture & Finish Selection: Specify commercial-grade furniture, finishes, lighting, and materials suitable for modern office environments.
• Design Documentation: Produce CAD drawings, construction documents, 3D renderings, and specifications to guide implementation.
• Code Compliance: Ensure all designs adhere to building codes, health and safety regulations, and accessibility standards (e.g., ADA).
• Vendor Coordination: Source and liaise with vendors and contractors for procurement and installation of design elements.

• Bachelor’s degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field.
• 8-10 years of experience specifically in office or workplace interior design.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating office design projects.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD.
• Excellent space planning and conceptual design skills.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
• Knowledge of current office trends, furniture systems, and sustainability practices.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹70,000.00 per month
