Interior Designer & 3D Visualizer

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented 3D Visualizer to join our dynamic design team. The ideal candidate will have a keen eye for design, a strong understanding of space planning, materials, and lighting, and the technical proficiency to bring concepts to life with stunning 3D visuals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Interpret project briefs and design concepts provided by the design head with clarity and precision.
• Analyze project requirements to understand spatial and functional objectives.
• Develop high-quality 3D models and photorealistic renderings of both interior and exterior spaces, ensuring accuracy in lighting, textures, and material finishes.
• Create visuals aligned with the client’s style preferences, budget, and functional needs, maintaining practical and buildable design intent.
• Collaborate with the design and sales teams to produce compelling visuals for presentations and client approvals.
• Incorporate feedback from clients and internal teams to refine and finalize designs.
• Ensure that all designs are based on accurate site measurements and are production-ready.
• Coordinate closely with architects, site engineers, project managers, and external consultants for seamless project execution.
• Deliver visual content in alignment with project timelines and deadlines.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Proven experience in architectural/interior 3D visualization.
• Exceptional attention to detail, particularly in lighting, textures, and design aesthetics.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks effectively.
• Strong understanding of materials, joinery, and modular furniture systems (preferred).
• Capable of working independently and in a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.

Technical Proficiency:

Hands-on experience with the following tools is mandatory:

• SketchUp
• 3ds Max
• V-Ray and/or Corona Renderer
• AutoCAD
• D5 Render or Lumion
• Revit (BIM)
• Adobe Photoshop
