The position within Balance Sheet Reconciliation is responsible for reconciliation of Balance Sheet Accounts for specific business Segment. Role supports the respective reconciliation segment leads in driving full compliance of the Balance Sheet Reconciliation and Substantiation Policy. Responsibilities: CORE FUNCTION Ensure Balance Sheet accounts assigned have been reconciled in line with BSRS Policy and standard /desktop documented procedure Ensure reconciliation performed meet the following: All exceptions (including aged items, reconciliation breaks and unsubstantiated balances) breaching reportable thresholds have been completely and accurately reported in eRecon. Supporting documentation has been maintained for the work performed and exceptions noted (including action required and ownership working with the Account Owner). Where applicable, root cause/s of recurring exceptions should be determined and documented (working alongside the Account Owner and Exception Owner). Obtain from Account owner and report the P&L at risk in eRecon including any operational reserves taken Appropriate action plans in place to resolve exceptions are accurately reported in eRecon. Where applicable, escalations have been done in accordance with the Balance Sheet Escalation Protocol. Play a key role in supporting implementation of strategic ledger by participating in the UAT for the reconciliation function Support escalation of material reconciliation exceptions in coordination with Account Owners. Support reconciliation segment leads for coordination of all Internal and External Audits, Regulatory interfacing related to the CSDO Balance Sheet Reconciliation function. Drive timely, complete and accurate attestation of all owned GL account keys in compliance with BSR&S Policy, reduce red account balances and any risk exposure Support reconciliation segment leads in partnering with BSG to drive monthly Account Review Forum (ARF) with Account Owners Groups and senior controllers and ensure all significant reconciliation and substantiation exceptions are highlighted and discussed for remediation. Support reconciliation segment leads to partner with Controller Transformation group to improve efficiency, effectiveness, productivity, and/or control. Total system level troubleshooting on complex multi-symptom problems Customer satisfaction: Daily interface with doctors and technicians on equipment status issues. Acts to ensure satisfaction to primary customers Business growth: Assists in the growth and direction of business in his/her geographic area Productivity: Responsible for Warranty and PMS contract cost control Administration: Responsibly completes all administration tasks on time. Ensures timely completion of FMIs and PMS inspections documentation for assigned accounts Installation: Plays a leading role in complex and multifunctional rooms Shares best practices. Maintain effective quality systems and programs compliant with ISO 9001 standard, according to the GE Service Quality Policy Statement Assists in account sales visits; helps train others where necessary; identify sales opportunities and communicate to account team. The incumbent will be based out of Bhopal/Indore and support nearby territories. Required Qualifications Bachelors/ Diploma degree in Electrical & Electronics Engineering, Biomedical Engineering, Instrumentation Engineering, or related field and 2+ years of experience in servicing medical equipment's (Preferably Cyclotron, CT, MRI, Cath Lab, Ultrasound etc.) Experience interfacing with both internal team members and external customers as part of a solution-based service process Experience diagnosing and repairing mechanical, electromechanical, and/or electronic equipment Ability to be available after-hours and/or work a rotating on-call schedule, including weekends Desired Skills Strong oral and written communication skills. Ability to document, plan, market, and execute programs Candidate has to be flexible to work in any location that's assigned to him/her depending on business requirement.
